World War Two 75-years with Paul Williams and Geoff Whitworth - As an introduction to the WW2 75-year celebrations we look at the biographies of some of the fallen and reminiscences of the time.

A talk on the Women's Land Army with Jane Arnold.

The work of Leicestershire and Rutland Wildlife Trust with John Bristow.

Coach trip to Sudeley Castle - Chargeable event - £37.00 to include entry, coach and lunch - Booking essential.

Thursday 2 July

Pimms in the Paddock - A social evening in Pughes Paddock with a short talk on the paddocks history, meet in Pughes Paddock at 7pm. (In the event of bad weather meet in the Congegational Church as usual)

History of the Methodists in Burbage - A talk by Keith Ware archivist for the church in this area.

A coach trip around local villages (part 2) with Greg Drozdz and Stan Rooney - Following the success of last years coach trip, we now offer part two - Details and cost to follow.

Heroes and Villains with Caroline Roberts - A talk by a Leicester Blue Badge Guide.

Friday 11 September

A visit to Crich Tram Museum with a stop on the way at "Crich Stand" the memorial to the Sherwood Foresters Regiment - Charge payable of £30.00 to include coach transport and entry to museums - Lunch is not provided but there are places to purchase food and refreshments at the museum.
